I am a planetary scientist at the SETI Institute in Mountain View, California. My research interests center around the physics and chemistry of planetary atmospheres as it relates to their origin, evolution, and fate. The goal of my work is to describe the predictions of evolutionary scenarios in a way that allows them to be developed and tested in comparison with observations. I am based in Alexandria, Virginia, where I live with my family, including mini-Schnauzer, Zoë.
