I am a planetary scientist at the SETI Institute
in Mountain View, California. My research interests center around the physics and chemistry of
the terrestrial planets, in particular, as it relates to their origin and early evolution. The goal
of my work is to develop the predictions of planetary formation and evolution scenarios in a way
that allows them to be developed and tested by comparison with observations.
